This Courier Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Prime Courier LLC ("Prime Courier", "Company", "we", "our") and the customer or business requesting courier services ("Customer").
By requesting, scheduling, or utilizing courier services from Prime Courier LLC, the Customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Services
Prime Courier LLC provides professional courier and delivery services including but not limited to:

Customers are responsible for properly packaging all shipments.

Fragile items must be clearly labeled and appropriately packaged by the sender.
4. Prohibited Shipments
Prime Courier does not transport the following items:

Delivery pricing may be based on:

Prime Courier reserves the right to suspend services for overdue balances.

Prime Courier maintains general liability insurance; however, this coverage may not fully protect high-value shipments.
Customers shipping items exceeding $100 in value should arrange additional insurance coverage.
14. Independent Contractor Status
Drivers performing courier services may operate as independent contractors.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating an employment relationship between the Customer and any driver.

Prime Courier primarily services designated metropolitan and regional areas.
Service availability outside standard coverage zones may require additional fees or approval.
16. Modifications to Agreement
Prime Courier LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.
Updates will be posted on the Prime Courier website.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
17. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Californiaa.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of California.
